Recent MPS Projects

Buffalo Creek Renewables – Iowa Park, Texas and
Weatherford Renewables – Weatherford, Texas

MPS and Morrow Renewables (MR) recently commissioned the latest version of our 2250 scfm landfill gas to RNG treating facility. MR utilized MPS to design, fabricate, and install Selexol based treatment facilities on Waste Connections’ Buffalo Creek Landfill and Weatherford Landfill. The facilities are capable of treating up to 2250 scfm raw landfill gas and converting up to 98% of the methane into RNG for injection into the local gas transmission system. The facilities have a 5:1 turndown ratio capable of treating a wide band of inlet flows without sacrificing efficiency nor the need for major upgrades in the future as the landfill grows and gas production increases, proving that MPS Selexol facilities are superior at methane recovery, resource efficiency, and robust in their abilities to treat a wide range of inlet gas flow.
